Impossible to reach their office! I had to leave several messages before they called me back about a scheduled procedure for the next day. A month later, I tried again to reach them to pay a bill over the phone and no answer. Where's their staff I met in the office to answer the phone?

Can NOT get this guy to STOP sending me UNSolicited TEXTS, calls, emails & voice mails for "seminars", despite NUMEROUS REQUESTS!!

I have been going to Dr Lee for about 10 years most of the time it was for a colonoscopy, but I recently discovered that I had Gerd and acid reflux. He is a good doctor however his staff is horrible. I was scheduled for a phone call appointment at 9:30 . The day before the girl at the reception desk called me toConfirm my appointment for 9:30 in the morning. I confirmed it . The next day I waited and waited. No phone call. I tried calling his office . No answer just voice mail. I call three times and finally drive there. and said no one called me. I told them I had a 930 appointment . Both of them at the reception desk just stared at me, The guy at the desk said they didn’t have anything for me. I told him I received a call the day before to confirm my appointment. The girl just sat there and stared at me. By the way, when I walked in, they were both talking and weren’t doing anything. I asked if Dr Lee was in the office and he said no. I told him then why was it confirmed for today? And I also asked him why they don’t answer the phone. He said we do. I said no, you don’t. If you had you would have seen that I left 4 messages. He said he can reschedule and what was the earliest date that I could be rescheduled, and I said as soon as possible. He offered to reschedule the phone appointment later that day and made it for 1:45. If you have anything urgent, I suggest that you do not contact Dr Lee.
