The entire team headed by Dr Esam has been friendly, efficient and responsive to my needs throughout the visit to PCA.

I’ve had two appointments at this office, and both experiences were deeply frustrating. I waited over 45 minutes past my scheduled time just to be seen and for him to come into the room and review the test results for the first time in front me, which should’ve been done prior to seeing me. When I finally did see the doctor, his bedside manner was condescending and unprofessional. He was dismissive, lacked basic communication skills, and made rude, mocking assumptions about my healthcare choices that were completely inaccurate. Before my first visit, I noticed he had almost all 5-star reviews except for one negative one, which I unfortunately chose to overlook. I now see that the lone critical reviewer was telling the absolute truth about this doctor's terrible attitude. Do not ignore the warnings like I did. I will definitely not be returning and highly suggest looking elsewhere for a provider who is both punctual and professional.

ESSAM QURAISHI MD. The doctor so friendly when he comes in the room he always gives a nice smile. And he will shake your hand. He makes you feel comfortable to do the procedure. and he make sure that you’re very knowledgeable what he’s going to do.and I love it when he asks questions. and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to give you the directions before the procedure. 因为是第一次做肠镜检查，工作服都穿反了，差点搞成笑话，好在有工作人员的提醒！😂打完针后不知不觉就做完了，没有任何不适。二次回访得知，医生告知我结果很完美，10年内都没必要再做此类检查。这里的医生和护理人员都很有耐心，态度也很和蔼，是一次很不错的体验！再次感谢工作人员所有的付出和辛苦！阿门！
