I have been with him for years but been having trouble that he doesn’t really look into and just hands me a new medication. But even worse is his billing person she is the rudest person I have ever had within medicine. She told me I had to pay some back money that my secondary insurance didn’t pay before I could see the doctor. I have had this insurance since 2011 and never had a problem with anyone but her, I called the insurance and they said they told her they needed some information for her be in compliance to receive payment we even had a 3 way conversation with my insurance company and she said she would send information but didn’t, when I tried to speak to her she started yelling and profanity at me and told me that I was no longer a patient there. It is my understanding that a doctor must send a certified letter to signed by him to tell you are no longer his patient. And BTW I told him about how his billing person is and he said he would take care of it but obviously didn’t. I will never go back and reporting them to medical people who take the complaint s , after reading a bunch of reviews I now not sure he has even diagnosed me correctly, I have appointment with a colon/rectal specialist and hope to find out. I also waited 45 minutes in waiting room and then anther 45 minutes in patient room.

If I could rate a 1/2 star, I would. Dr Quan is a fantastic Doctor and having the option for services in his office is great. Where they screw you up is using Out of Network Anesthesiologists, for an office procedure, that end up costing thousands of dollars for a preventive service that should be covered.
