非常棒的好医生！The service of this clinic is very good! From the doctor's level of diagnosis to the professional and friendly service of all service staff! I think this is a good clinic with the best gastrointestinal treatment in Orange County.

I had a visit with Dr. Paul Lee on December 6, 2021. After the consultation Dr. Lee scheduled me for endoscopy and colonoscopy on Jan. 19, 2022 and asked me to discuss the details with the office worker. Later, when the office worker explained to me the procedure on covid testing order and the suprep instructions she went so fast and did not seem attentive whether I understood them well. When I tried to make an appointment for Covid testing online I noticed that she wrote down the patient name wrong. I had to call her in the office to make it corrected and receive a modified order form via email. Interestingly, she did not even apologize for her mistake and for the inconvenience I had to go through. I hope she will be a little more attentive and friendly to other patients in the future. In addition, when she offered me an in-hospital version of SUPREP for $20 and I volunteered to purchase it at CVS, which turned out to be $35. If she had explained it more kindly, I could have saved some. A tough day for me!

From my initial call to set up an appointment with Dr Yu, Ms Natalia was extremely helpful and professional, on checking in Ms Yvana and the other two staff members were very helpful in ensuring that all the information previously submitted was accurate, Ms Ellie the MA was courteous and knowledgeable in taking the vitals and explaining how the visit with the doctor would be, it’s been about 10 years since Dr Yu last saw me, and he is still a very caring human being and medical professional, Ms Beatriz was awesome in providing the information for the procedure and medication. I highly recommend DDC OC for anyone needing this service, thank you for the opportunity to use your services!.
