I am a patient of Dr Alan Sandberg for many years. He has a great bedside manner and I never felt rushed talking to him during my visits. He has a great way of explaining your test results, recommended care, condition and treatment. I highly recommend him to family, friends or anyone that doesn’t have a Gastroenterology & Hepatology doctor to go to.

Dr Robbins & the staff are always professional, caring & I never feel rushed. I always feel comfortable to ask any questions. This is an excellent facility!!

The desk staff is always friendly and helpful. I was recently seen by Nurse Practitioner Uma Narayana, and she was positive, supportive and knowledgeable. My questions are always taken seriously and answered with respect, understanding, and care.

Made an appointment with Dr. Preeti Mehta back in December. Waited over an hour to see her and eventually only saw a PA; not even a glimpse of the doctor who takes the liability for their mid-levels. Was told I’d hear back on test results — never did. Now 7.5 months later, they finally called to schedule a follow up to “discuss the results”. After going back and forth, they agreed to tell me over the phone and tried to schedule follow up testing. The irresponsibility and lack of patient care at this place is mind blowing. You’d think that they’d try a little harder to reach a patient who has a positive test result and needs treatment.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Professional. Dr Sandberg great Doctor. Answers all my questions. Spends time with patients to ensure they understand the plan of care. Felt comfortable communicating with him
