Good experience with Dr.Lee

Just had a colonoscopy or should I say tried. I never got an info packet. They gave me the wrong address. When I got there, they did not have my medical history. They did not realize I had a high BMI and were unable to do the procedure at that facility. He offered me the change to wait a minimum of 6 hours to possibly have it done at the hospital. What am I supposed to do for 6 hour at a hospital? When I asked about the lack of communication, he said they do not check the messages system on their website. It is 2025, not 2005. There has to be better Drs in the area.

Over a period of five years, I had two procedures with Dr. Lee. Both times I found him to be curt, dismissive, and lacking compassion or any kind of reassuring bedside manner. Thankfully, my PCP listened to my concerns and I have my next procedure scheduled with a different GI practice.

I can't speak for this doctor, but his front desk staff are rude and incompetent. I suggest running to another doctor, because dealing with them is a nightmare.

I have to disagree with every unfavorable review. I just had my first colonoscopy yesterday with Dr. Lee and he was awesome. He was kind and answered all my questions. His staff was exceptional. They were kind got me in right away. Explained the full procedure to me. I will definitely go back in 5 years when I need to do it again. I was frightened of the unknown and they all made me feel so comfortable. They are great and well deserving of 5 stars.

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with his office is terrible. His secretary is rude and unprofessional and gave unclear, inconsistent instructions on prescriptions after my follow-up attempts many times.

I have had at least 5 exams with Dr Lee over the past 15 years. He is a highly experienced doctor who has always been courteous, professional and caring. Nancy, his long time, dedicated office administrator has always been very helpful when the need has arisen.
