I adore my Dietitian through Culina Health! He’s so thorough and attentive. If only I had the same experience with other health care professionals, lol. This is an amazing group of practitioners who really care about your individual needs. I can not recommend them enough. Amazing!

I worked with Kelli Dunagan and she was terrific. Great listener and had advice well-aligned to my goals. I appreciated her positive reinforcement and overall approach.

I love Culina! My nutritionist is kind and insightful, giving me actual tips and guidance on how to make lasting changes for my health. The app helps her see what I've been eating so we can chat about it in our sessions, and the virtual sessions allow me to feel comfortable in my own home. I highly recommend Culina to anyone who wants to take charge of their health journey!

Erica has been a great partner in my journey to healthier eating habits. I’m so happy that my PCP referred me to Culina Health. It’s a relief to know that I don’t have to figure out healthier eating habits by myself as I go into menopause.

BEWARE!!! My experience with Culina Health was extremely disappointing and, frankly, felt more like a revenue model than a patient-focused service. There is a clear push to book frequent follow-up appointments before you’ve had any real opportunity to implement changes from the first session. The emphasis is on scheduling, not results. The one session I completed offered minimal value. The guidance was generic, surface-level, and largely identical to widely available advice. There was no meaningful personalization or insight that justified the cost. The billing practices were particularly frustrating. I attempted to reschedule an appointment but was told I would be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. To avoid that, I joined the session, explained the situation, and stayed briefly, yet I was still charged because I did not remain for the full time. At no point was this communicated during the session. Customer service has been equally poor. My concerns have been ignored, while invoice requests continue to be sent. I am still waiting for a response regarding a fee that should not have been applied. Overall, this felt transactional, poorly communicated, and heavily driven by billing rather than outcomes. I would strongly recommend working with a qualified nutrition professional who prioritizes actual progress over appointment volume.

We are so grateful for Amy Dahl and the support she’s given my daughter for ARFID. She has been an incredible source of guidance during big life transitions, always helping her come up with realistic and thoughtful plans, especially when it comes to things like traveling, eating away from home/school, and finding safe foods in new environments. My daughter also really loves how Amy connects with her beyond nutrition. She takes the time to listen to what she enjoys in her life and remembers those details, thoughtfully weaving them into their sessions. That level of care and attention means so much and it makes my daughter feel seen as a whole person, not just a patient. We couldn’t recommend Amy more highly. She has made a meaningful difference in my daughter’s life.

I wish I had discovered Culina Health sooner! I've had three absolutely fantastic sessions with my dietitian, Nahyeli, and every 45-minute appointment flies by—I have so much fun and learn so much. Nahyeli is truly exceptional; she manages to pack in a lot of great, personalized content while delivering compassionate coaching. She is also an active listener and responsive to my specific dietary needs and concerns. If you are looking for a licensed dietitian to help you filter through the overload of confusing food and nutrition information out there, look no further! I am learning so much about the foods I am putting into my system. Even better, I can access this wonderful benefit through my primary insurance, CareFirst at no additional cost to me! This makes the entire service such a value. The process is incredibly convenient from start to finish: scheduling is easy, the web platform is easy to use, and the care plans are achievable and presented in a user-friendly format, complete with lots of helpful resources. Signing up with Culina Health is a solid self-care action anyone would be glad they did. UPDATE: I can proudly share that after working with Nahyeli for 8 months, I was finally able to reverse my pre-diabetes, after being unable to move the needle for 2+ years!! I can't wait to share my positive experience with more friends and colleagues! A++++++

Absolutely awful company. Told they were in network with my provider only to find out at last minute that they weren’t and wanting to charge me $100 for a cancellation. Don’t trust any thing they say, verify before scheduling!!!
