This dudes staff is absolute trash. They don’t return calls and have a nasty attitude in office. I need a refill …. I can’t get in touch with you. I’m going to have BCBS call you instead. That should do the trick. DISGRACEFUL

I have to say there should be more doctors like Dr. Cerefice. He's knowledgeable, and listens to his patients and is a real nice man. I would recommend him for any one that needs a Gastro Dr.

Horrible experience with the billing office. Although the balance was paid to them in May, they have no record of it. I have called, emailed and mailed proof of payment. It is the end of July and I am still trying to get this resolved. They have erroneously reported the account to collections. BEWARE.

Very impressed. Great doctor who listens and cares deeply about each patient in his care.

Dr Cerefice is my go to, even know after 1 year we can't figure out my pain and what's going on with me he continues to drive in and won't stop until he figures this out. This man has done so much for me I can't thank him enough. He cares alot for what I'm going through and that alone makes me feel 1000% comfortable to continue my treatment and get this figured out. Dr. Cerefice is probably one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. He is very knowledgeable and very personable. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Cerefice is a great doctor, but the office staff is terrible. The phone system is set up so that you are not able to speak to anyone directly. You have to leave a voicemail for a call back. In the past month, I’ve called and left voice messages for weeks without receiving any call backs. My father went into the office in person on my behalf (my work hours are the same time as the office hours) to inquire why they haven’t been answering the phone and how can I receive my prescribed medication. The office staff then justified their poor communication by telling my father that their phone system “isn’t good”. My medical symptoms worsened to the point of ending up in the hospital for 5 days (could have been avoided if I was able to speak to staff and receive my medication). I didn’t receive a call back from them until I ended up in the hospital and the hospital called the office to request updates on my medication. It should not take me ending up in an hospital and accruing unnecessary medical bills to get in contact with a doctors office. After my discharge from the hospital, I’ve called numerous times and still have received no answer from them. My experience with this office staff has been terrible and unacceptable. Again, the actual doctor and the nurse practitioners are great. It’s their staff that create a negative experience for the patients.

I really appreciate going to Dr Mark! He cares and I have been going to him for about 5 plus years now. He’s always helpful and provides good advice and feedback. He is for sure one of the best around. The only constructive feedback I would give is it can be difficult communicating with someone from the office to get medication filled. Outside of that I would highly recommend him to anyone.
