This was truly the best experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office. I am so happy I found Dr. Dike. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, organized, and proactive about scheduling my testing and follow-up appointments. Dr. Dike took the time to genuinely listen to my symptoms, never made me feel rushed, and ordered the appropriate testing to help determine the cause of what I’ve been experiencing. She is kind, intelligent, compassionate, and incredibly patient. Most importantly, she made me feel heard and validated my concerns, which meant so much after struggling with my symptoms. I highly recommend Dr. Dike to anyone looking for a physician who is not only knowledgeable and thorough, but who truly cares about her patients.

Please do your due diligence and confirm the out of pocket expenses you will incur prior to arrival (esp. if you have not met your deductible). It ended up being the most expensive non-procedural office visit I've ever had. Needless to say,, it is my first and last visit to a Cedar Sinai clinic and any of its affiliates.

So I waited a very long time for this appointment while dealing with horrible symptoms. This was my first time seeing a Gastroenterologist. Dr. Dike presented herself as a doctor who was listening to my concerns however she was very quick to end our appointment because she “had another patient in the next waiting room.” I can’t stand doctors who act like their time is more valuable than yours. She suggested a colonoscopy and a SIBO test but I couldn’t do the SIBO test soon because I had yogurt that morning. I also didn’t feel comfortable enough doing the colonoscopy with her because first off she has no reviews. Second it seemed like she was a new GI doctor so I preferred someone with more experience. Third, when my husband was trying to ask her further questions (because he’s done two colonoscopies in the past) she said ask the scheduler so apparently her scheduler can answer your questions about G.I concerns. So if you’re looking for a doctor who sees you as money, is also a “fashion designer” and can’t answer your concerns about a gallstone in your gallbladder than she’s the doctor for you. The office staff were nice and super helpful. I know it takes forever to get through but do it because they will eventually answer your phone call.

I love Cedars, but this office is not good. Doctors are nice ... staff is rude and their bedside manners are terrible.

Terrible place. They give your appointment away if you’re 4 min late. Go elsewhere and avoid this joke establishment.

You will get the test appointment before you die. Hard to communicate with the doctor. Nobody really care about you. The worst experience I had in my life.
