Jesse Bach is very thorough and listens to my concerns and thoughts and I never feel rush.

Im changing my review to help other people as well. I came again and this time took magnesium which really worked a liquid one so I recommend that with the prep medication. The problem was my insurance didnt cover the main one and there was a generic so if you take the generic you might need that also or have to come again. For me the .magnesium citrate helped much more. This time I made my ride with saferide over the app. The app got cancled even though I called on friday and made sure they had .y new number. I spoke to a person and she updated it on the ride also and told me. When the lady called the local number not the 800 which was on the main website they still had my old phone number even though it was fixed. They had a different 800 when you login online. The saferide never even called to cancel and claim they send a text but the first time I never got it and never had to have a person with me. It was the same address as the first ride. They do have 3 offices so you need to know which one. The staff did call.me back but you have to leave a message . Also the instructions were little confusing you might miss to drink water after the medication etc.

In August i had an upper and lower procedure at this center. The receptionist was less than pleasant, but nurse Maria called for me to enter the procedure area it became much better. Every one was happy and upbeat, I was prepared and the process was quick and smooth. I wish more people really cared about their patients like this, Thanks!!
