I got two procedures one was an endoscopy and the other one was colonoscopy and I was treated well by Dr.Patel and the whole St.Francis team on May 1 if you haven't had it done and you're nervous about it don't be I was nervous at first because I didn't know what to expect but they were so professional once I got to my appointment Everybody was so polite respectful and helpful, really good experience only thing wasn't good is the Colonoscopy Prep Ewww when you drink it after 2 hours please stay close to a washroom I didn't eat to much that week and I'm glad I didn't please follow the directions that they give you I had a headache the day after and my stomach felt nauseous I also threw up that was expected I called them to let them know and they called me back right away I missed the call but they kept on calling persistent they do care by the time they reached me I was well but everything else was good even the ride home. I went in to have the procedure done with anesthesia and I didn't feel anything next thing I know it was over and I was on my way home.Thank you ❤️❤️ For such kindness God Bless you all🙏

Dr Patel and her staff have taken excellent care of me and figured out how to solve my health issue and not be dismissive as previously utilized doctors at a different office had been.

The Dr. asked almost NO questions. She just scripted a med that didn't help. The St. Fransis portal is difficult to set up and does not communicate with my MyChart portal. I was not instructed how to contact the doctor for follow up. I am still in a GREAT deal of pain, scared, and left High and Dry!

Excellent Gastroenterologist!! She cares about you individually, doesn't rush you, but truly listens carefully to what you say and answers your questions. She very thorough about her approach to finding the reason for your medical complaint. She follows up, explains your results, puts you at ease, and outlines a plan to help you get better.

Dr. Patel with her team; the nurses and the anesthesiologist- made sure I felt safe, well taken care and very comfortable. They explained all the steps of the procedure. They were so kind, so professional. Dr. Patel is wonderful! While I was still waking up in the procedure room with the nice nurses, she went to talk to my child to reassure her that everything went well and she kindly explain the procedure diagnosis. Then, Dr. Patel came to me in the procedure room to explain all the results of the procedure. I am so thankful, so grateful and so happy I went to have my colonscopy under Dr. Patel's care and her team! Thank you so very much Dr. Patel! Thank you so much to all the nurses and the Dr. Anesthesiologist who took such good care of me! From the bottom of my heart Merci Beaucoup ♥️
