I recently had a colonoscopy with Dr. Tsang and couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. She took time to answer all of my questions and to explain the procedure clearly and helped me feel comfortable and at ease. The entire staff was friendly, efficient and attentive. I appreciate Dr. Tsang’s thoroughness and genuine concern for my well being. I highly recommend Dr. Tsang to anyone needing a colonoscopy or gastrointestinal care. Irene S.

The care I received from Dr. Tsang was excellent. She is kind, attentive, and empathetic. She explains things very thoroughly. I highly recommend her. The support staff were also very friendly and efficient. The new facility is great - attractive, modern, spotless. I felt very comfortable there.

Dr. Tsang is the best! Super easy experience and I was in and out within an hour! I had a routine colonoscopy and it was a really clear and easy process. I would highly recommend and will return for all my GI needs.

I strongly recommend Dr Tsang and her team at ECNS. I have been a patient of Dr Tsang for more than seven years (and her father before that). She spends time with me, making sure I understand what’s happening. She communicates and answers questions clearly. The ECNS team was terrific during scheduling, registration, prep and discharge. Again, I recommend Dr Tsang and ECNS.

I put off making a GI appt for a long time due to nerves around the process/procedures, but I finally prioritized it this year. Wait times can be very long in Chicago, so I was grateful when I found this office and Dr. Tsang particularly, as I saw many historical positive reviews for her. The office is extremely organized and Dr. Tsang was very thoughtful and thorough during my appts. The process was easier than I expected and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Tsang and her entire team. I felt very well cared for every step of the way :)

I trust Dr. Tsang for my colonoscopy! She granted my request to have the procedure without anesthesia. She used a pediatric scope and was very gentle with me throughout the procedure. She was clear explaining to me the results. I highly recommend Dr. Tsang as your GI specialist. She is now practicing at a clinic in Evanston.

Dr Tsang was phenomenal. She made my colonoscopy procedure as easy and painless as possible. Her team reach out , clearly communicated what needed to be done prior to my procedure and made sure I was comfortable and safe the entire time. I was really nervous going into the procedure and was reassured my her professional attitude and edict that I had made the proper choice.
