Everyone from check-in, pre-op, surgery and recovery were incredible. I felt in good hands right from the beginning. Every member I dealt with was friendly and caring, I mean I got a little emotional after surgery because I couldn't believe how I was treated. I would list names but but there were so many that helped me. Pretty much everyone from the moment I walked in lost, to helping me get dressed when surgery was finished.

Not satisfied inside emergency room, ok in my ward room.

The mammogram was very fast. The nurse was good. She made the progress feel very easy. Results came back to my family doctor within a few days.

After being admitted, RN's Bidhya, Kat, and RN in training, Kelly, were really pros as well as being very kind and helpful. ER Dr. Friend was also A-1. On the other hand, Dr. Melidonian flew in and out of my room in the very early morning the following day. Pompous guy, no time to succinctly answer a basic question. Felt more like he was more focused on doing his rounds with dollar signs in his eyes. I was hugely less than impressed by his manner. Seriously needs schooling on being a real human being. One last thing, the "cooks" served a pretty terrible breakfast! Dare you to try it. Or maybe that's just your hospital food?

I’m grateful for the incredible care that I received from the nurses who treated me: William, Ninette, Michelle & Tina. In particular, William and Michelle who spent the most time with me. All the nurses were very friendly, helpful, and caring people. I could not ask for more or any better.
