MJ is hosting a free education series at some of the local libraries on healthy eating. The series is set up really well, with an introduction to healthy plant based eating as a way of life, how what we eat affects our health and finally what to cook to follow through with this healthy way of eating. Her presentation is easy to understand, very informative and in a relaxed atmosphere where questions are encouraged. She really does just want to help people live their best and adopt a better way of eating. She encourages you to implement a little at a time to make the changes sustainable for the long term. I can’t say enough bout how happy I am with this education series. I will 100% recommend WYNK Lifestyle Nutrition to anyone looking for a healthy, sustainable way of eating and living. She’s just awesome and I’m so glad we have her as a local resource!

The free education series conducted by MJ was very informative. The nutrition aspect, in regards to what we should be eating, makes perfect sense, but her explanation of how good nutrition practices can improve your overall health is eye opening. We all know what we should and should not be eating but this presentation gave you the why in very real terms. It is obvious this is MJ's passion. Thank you for providing the incentive for good nutrition!

The classes are so informative and MJ is so knowledgable. I have learned so much and have totally changed my eating habits. I wish I had taken control of my health earlier in my life. But I supposed better late than never! I highly recommend this series to everyone.

MJ Costello is an engaging and passionate speaker. Her free library programs are not to be missed. She packs a lot of valid nutrition information into her talks without being judgmental. Thinking about improving your health through whole food plant based nutrition? Connect with MJ.

I participated in a 3 week Whole Food Plant Based nutrition class that MJ hosted at the Mt. Lebanon Public Library. The class was free, but I would have paid to attend- that's how beneficial it was. MJ's super knowledgable, positive, and a great presenter. We were together a total of 4.5 hours (3 classes) and my takeaway is tremendous in terms of information, resources, food lists, etc. If you have a chance to listen to her - take advantage of it.

Attending MJ's Nutrition Series at Mt Lebanon Library. MJ is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Find this series very motivating. Great way to start 2020 with a Whole Foods Plant based diet!

MJ’s enthusiasm, knowledge, and inspiration was just the jumpstart that my husband and I needed to begin our plant based journey. It has been three weeks and we both feel better. Too bad we didn’t meet MJ sooner. We didn’t know what we were missing.

MJ is passionate and what she says sticks in your mind... I think that is the difference. I make more conscious decisions based on what she has shared because of how she gets in your head (which is what you need if you have been trying to change and are "stuck," for whatever reason). I took her class at the Mt. Lebanon Library. She explains that she teaches to the best knowledge available (based on what research shows has the most healthy benefits) and it is up to you to decide if you want to go that far. I think that shows flexibility and also her commitment to sharing all she has so that you are empowered to make choices. I am learning a lot, and making gradual, informed decisions about my diet. It is making a difference for me, too. Thank you, MJ!
