Denise is absolutely fantastic! Whether it be coaching to improve healthy habits, gut health, nutrition, mental and physical well-being, she is passionate about getting to the cause of the issue and coaching you through the solution. She genuinely cares so much about those she works with and comes with a wide array of depth and knowledge in a large variety of subjects, especially gut health. I am looking forward to her food sensitivity test to further help with my GI issues. I am always confident in referring friends knowing they will be well taken care of because she is so attentive, caring and knowledgeable.

Denise is wonderful!! I have struggled with gut issues for a large part of my life which were mostly manageable but due to very stressful circumstances over the last 2 years, I felt like I was constantly flared-up no matter what I did I just didn't feel well. I was bloated all of the time, not sleeping well, experienced a lot of anxiety and depression, weight gain, joint pain and generally just feeling awful and not like myself most of the time. Denise helped me improve my gut symptoms while simultaneously improving my quality and quantity of sleep (I don't think I will ever take sleep for granted again). My knees haven't been bothering me and I've lost most of the weight that I put on during this time. My pants fit comfortably again :). Since working with her this is probably the most calm/relaxed I have felt in years. Denise has always been available to answer question every step of the way. Very thankful for all of her help getting me back to feeling like myself again! I have even referred family members to her as she has been so helpful.

Highly recommend Denise Groothuis! I had worked with other nutritionist before but their approach was one size fits all & were not very helpful. Denise listens to all health issues & concerns. She makes recommendations based upon individual needs. Because of her guidance & support, I have a much better quality of life now. I am able to better control my symptoms of several health issues. I have also lost a considerable amount of weight. If you are looking to not just lose weight but be healthy doing it, definitely call!
