I booked an appointment with Pam after struggling to find the root cause of a few health issues. After one phone call with her before the appointment, I could tell that she was a great listener, very knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help people feel better. My first appointment with her went great. She wants to understand everything about your lifestyle to provide the best care instead of just quickly listening to symptoms and diagnosing. She’s very easy to talk to and shows a great amount of empathy. She sent me off with a very reasonable game plan, supplement samples and most importantly hope that I’m taking steps toward sleeping better and feeling better overall. Very thankful I found her! Highly recommend.

I've had a few sessions with Pam regarding my nutritional needs, and she has been nothing more than wonderful. I went in believing that I was going to get a prescribed list of foods to eat, and came out with a better understanding of what I needed to understand about nutrition from a holistic perspective (it was much more than the type of foods I was putting in my body). I highly recommend Pam's services and her educational style of communicating with her clients.

I highly recommend Women and Family Nutrition. Unlike generic advice I’ve received before, her approach is evidence-based and tailored to my specific symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. If you’re struggling with PCOS related symptoms or just want to optimize your nutrition, Women and Family Nutrition, is the best!

Pam was recommended to me by my CNM after a diagnosis of PCOS. After my first appointment I had a list of foods/ supplements to incorporate into my diet and a list of suggested blood tests that no doctor has ever ordered for me before. (She even suggested books and podcasts that would be helpful.) After our appointments, Pam has answered me promptly every time I had a question or concern and has checked on me without prompting. She is truly passionate about what she does and is incredibly kind and knowledgable. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any woman in need of guidance with their reproductive health.

If you're looking for the kind of provider who is not only extremely competent in her field, but also truly cares about her patients, look no further! Pam is always willing to back up her recommendations with research and is SO knowledgeable. On top of that, she is so generous with her time--she follows up regularly, even with patients she is not actively seeing :)

Pam has been so great to work with! She takes the time to hear your story, habits, goals and looks at labs to help formulate a plan that works for you. Pam helped me understand how my PCOS affected different parts of my body and how to use my diet to lessen those affects. She helped adjust my diet in small ways so I didn't feel overwhelmed and always talked positively about all the good things I was already eating. Thanks to her, getting pregnant was easier and I have been able to keep all the nutrients up. She really helped set the stage for a healthy pregnancy. She also made me feel good about food for the first time! Definitely recommend her!

After undergrad I decided to find a nutritionist knowledgeable on PCOS, so grateful I found Pam! Resolved my fatigue, brain fog, and many other daily symptoms I didn't realize were solvable too. I have so much more energy and feel so well nowadays, and can focus on my studies much easier. I also learned how to eat and live right to support my PCOS, reduced some of those symptoms, and all while feeling supported and encouraged and not told to focus on losing weight or I was doing something wrong. So thankful, and keeping up the vitamins and lifestyle changes for over a year and a half now! Would recommend Pam to anyone, she is so knowledgeable and supportive.

After my first and second egg retrievals yielded abysmal results, I reached out to Pamela in a moment of desperation hoping that she might have some insight on adjustments I could make that would improve my next round of IVF. She was SO kind, intelligent and caring even from that first intro call and after diligently following her protocol of supplements and diet changes, my 3rd, 4th and 5th egg retrievals were all SUBSTANTIALLY better than retrievals #1 and #2. I'll actually never forget when my doctor called to go over the results of egg retrieval #3 and said it was "a night and day difference". Now, after nearly 2 years of IVF in my rearview, my son just turned 1 and I think about Pamela often and how thankful I am for her wisdom, guidance and willingness to help me in such a panicked time in my life. I will sing her praises forever because I truly don't know if I would have my son today if it weren't for her! 💗
