Duly healthcare is awful. Violates hippa and does not care about their patients. I received a 300$ cancellation bill for cancelling my appointment due to the unprofessional attitude of the woman on the phone for pre surgical questioning that overstepped boundaries. I have been treated awful by duly and multiple offices. I have the proof I cancelled exactly 73 hours before appointment. Dr Mourad should know Duly will give him a bad reputation with his patients whether he is a good doctor or not which I don’t know since I didn’t make it that far to meet him. Doctors making the move to Duly should think about if they want to work for patients or just corporate
