Impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office. They have an outsourced answering service in a different country that isn’t trained to no fault of their own. Your best bet is showing up in person which is wildly inconvenient for patients. We had a question that needed to be answered before a procedure that went unanswered because no one called back. Preauthorizations that were requested months ago still without resolution. The providers are fine, we work with Steven Reyno and he has been great but the office staff or system they have in place is not working. Messages left with reception for the person who does preauthorizations and the office manager also unanswered. Voicemails unanswered. There was a huge change in December that lead to them not having any patient information. I had to go out of my own way to request and get our information to them as my parents were in the middle of completing tests and exams they were ordered that they couldn’t see on their end. Honestly, I understand complications during massive changes but it’s February and as a patient to not be able to get someone on the phone or ever get a call back from someone who has answers is not right. We may have to find medical care elsewhere which is unfortunate because we have been satisfied with the care the providers have given us up to this point.

I am incredibly grateful for Nurse Yanet, the infusion nurse. She is always there for me, willing to help in any way she can. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism make every visit a positive experience. She always takes the time to comfort and reassure her patients, making us feel cared for and supported. She goes above and beyond in her job, and it truly shows. She is doing an outstanding job, and I am so thankful for the compassionate care she provides. She is a wonderful nurse and a blessing to her patients.

Awful experience, my mom, Yaumiry, was supposed to have an appt today, and when she showed up the lady treated herbadly, she was rude, asking me why she was there since as of TODAY they no longer take my moms insurance, nobody called her to notify of that change, and then she proceeded to tell her to go to the ER if I had any pain, dismissing me just like that, that’s completely ridiculous since I obviously had the appt schedule for months for a reason. Please make sure to make your research before you go there

La recepción es lo peor , an echo ir En dos ocasiones a mi mama desde Spring Hill asta allá y cuando llega con la sita no la atienden . Es increíble lo falta de respeto que son Los Doctores los dos son maravillosos el asistente y el doctor . Pero ellos no deberían de estar ahí atendiendo tan irresponsables a tantos pacientes.

Amazing Drs and medical staff, especially Dr Mendoza but dealing with front desk is a nightmare. Impossible to reach them by phone, never return voicemails, long wait times at check out because they are not at their desks or engaging in personal conversations. I dont want to change dr but customer service needs to improve!

It is time to find a new gastroenterologist… I’ve been with this practice for a few years, and was pleased with their service in the past, but something has changed in the past year and their customer service is beyond awful now. I showed up for endoscopy at their facility this morning only to be told that they did not have me on the schedule. This is after they called me last week and again yesterday to confirm that I would be there. From what I am reading in comments, they have outsourced their customer support. I can confirm that their scheduling is a train wreck. When I called to schedule my prior appointment, I felt like I was talking to a five year-old who had no idea how their scheduling system actually works. They ended up scheduling me for a virtual appointment which never happened and they had no record of it. Whoever is managing this practice should be terminated. Their service is just flat out awful now. I recommend avoiding this practice.

Just tried to schedule a new patient appointment to which I cannot be seen because “I saw another gastroenterologist in the past 3 years and per office policy they do not see these patients” after being on hold for 5 minutes. I moved from 45 minutes away and was just looking for a new provider in the area. Horrible customer service, especially when they have “accepting new patients” on their website.

Finding a healthcare provider who balances top-tier professional behavior with true, genuine care is rare, but Yanessa does it perfectly. During my consults, she made me feel completely seen and heard. Her patient-first approach stands out instantly. She never rushes through an appointment and treats you with the utmost respect. Because of her expertise and thoughtful care, I walked out of my appointments feeling entirely confident in the treatment plan I was receiving. It is a wonderful feeling to trust your provider completely. It is evident that she loves her job and her patients!
