I am only giving a 1 star because it is required. I do NOT recommend this place. The only positive thing about this place was my therapist (who I wanted to see but unfortunately the prices with insurance are insane) and my Dr. The billing department is absolutely horrible. I wish I could report them and get my money back. I have insurance, with a deductible that has not been met yet. I do understand my insurance and how it works, but what I do not understand is the inconsistency with the charges and the amount for each follow up. WHY is a follow up appt $100 one appointment, and then the next they charge $100 plus $88 a few days later. It makes no sense at all why follow up appointments that are 5-10 minutes long are so expensive and the cost is never the same. Also, they cannot let you know ahead of time when they are charging your card. I have asked before and have been told they are unable to do so, but when I look at the receipt, it states MANUAL entry, meaning the employee has to approve the charge prior. I work in healthcare, and I have more specifically worked with billing and charging patients. Even if they had a card on file, and whatever our policy was- we always had to abide by what the patient requested, so if they requested that we notify them prior to the charge, we would honor that. This place does not do that. It is so ridiculous. The other thing that really infuriates me is their lack of compassion coming from the staff ( Dr and therapist not included, really love them) when I have brought this up. The billing department staff does not care, and they are so rude. When I brought this up via phone call the lady kept cutting me off, did not allow me to explain my frustrations and concerns, and I overall felt I was being ignored and brushed off. I am currently looking for a new place to continue my medication management because this is insane. Please do not go here!! Do not go here if you want to keep your money. I legit do not know when I am going to get a random charge. It makes no sense, it feels so fraudulent to me.

My experiences with the provider, scheduling, and billing staff were all extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Very much NOT recommended for eating disorder related counseling, and/or for LGBTQ patients -- the provider that I saw clearly had no experience with either, to the point of being offensive. The staff also attempted to charge me multiple times for the same appointment and failed to cancel recurring appointments after weeks of multiple calls and requests.

Worst doctor’s office experience I’ve ever had. I don’t even know where to begin. The billing department charged my card $1,200 without notifying me of any outstanding balance. I later discovered this was due to them mistyping my insurance member number. Despite this being entirely their error, it took months to receive my money back. I only got the refund after calling to ask why it still hadn’t appeared- only to learn they had been holding the funds as a credit on my account without ever informing me. When I finally requested the money be returned to my bank account, they then attempted to double‑charge me for copays I had already paid, which I had to catch and dispute myself. The clinical experience was just as bad. I was unhappy with my first provider and switched to a second doctor within the practice, only for that provider to call in the wrong prescription three months in a row. Each time, it took multiple days and 5–7 phone calls per day to get the issue corrected. Because of their repeated mistakes and delays, I ran out of my daily medication more than once. On the third occurrence, I was forced to go to another practice and pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket just to avoid missing my medication- yet I still somehow had to pay this office for their so‑called “service,” on top of the new provider’s charges. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy. From billing to patient care, this was an absolutely horrible experience all around.

Here and had an appointment and they tried To set me up with two different doctors and three different appointments just to get a prescription for ADHD. When I wanted to cancel, They did not allow it and continue to try and charge me $150. I highly do not recommend this place
