Scheduling staff is condescending and rude, and they obviously have too many patients because it takes 6 months just to get an appointment for refilling meds

I have had to see 4 different Dr's from this facility before any of them took me seriously I now see a PA, who was very apologetic and has scheduled many tests. Come to find out I have esophagus issues. But I spent 4 yrs suffering with this and those 4 Dr's would never listen to me. I would never refer anyone to this facility.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The PA who saw me was also friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My questions and concerns were answered. I felt like I was not rushed in and out.
