Today August 13, 2026 I had an Endoscopy with Dr. Shaw. I can’t say enough of Dr Shaw, great Dr, human being and very carrying about the patient, he made a big difference in the way I felt as it was a procedure I was not familiar with and was somehow concerned. The staff was great and very caring. Thank you all for all you do. Thank you!!

Dr. Schwarz and his staff were very professional and thorough while reviewing the details of my past history and understanding my current needs and next steps based on my notes and explanation from me during our visit. In addition, my dual procedure went extremely well with the help of Paul, Bob and assisting Dr. Schwarz.

I am giving this review two stars instead of one solely because the medical team, nurses, and the rest of the staff were very pleasant, professional, and provided excellent care. Unfortunately, the check-in process was a terrible experience due to the hostile and inflexible behavior of the receptionist.Prior to my procedure day, I proactively contacted the office to confirm if my designated driver could drop me off, run a quick 30-minute errand, and return. I was told this was perfectly acceptable. However, upon arrival, the check-in receptionist refused to check me in without my driver physically standing there. When I explained the prior confirmation and even provided timestamped screenshot proof of my call to their office the day before, she was incredibly obnoxious and dismissive. Because I did not have the specific name of the employee I spoke with, she treated me as if I were lying. As an attorney and an officer of the court, I find it absurd that she assumed I would fabricate a phone call rather than just lie and say my driver was in the parking lot.Her refusal forced my caregiver to turn around mid-errand and rush back immediately. To make matters worse, she penalized me by pushing me to the back of the line, moving my procedure from first on the doctor's schedule to later in the morning. While the clinical care itself was wonderful, the front-desk staff's complete lack of professionalism and disrespectful attitude turned an already stressful morning into a frustrating ordeal. Management needs to train their check-in staff to match the high standards of their medical team.

Wonderful experience, from start to finish. Dr Shah was very comforting, explained procedures in detail, avail himself to any questions.
