The front office was very clean. The front office staff needs a little work, not very professional, Dr. Chang is very professional, knowledgeable, kind, respectful considerate and has many more qualities. I have felt very comfortable with both his staff and him. He provided me with very helpful information to help me decide whether I need the colonoscopy and a upper G.I. I am very appreciative to find a doctor that’s not pushing you into surgery or making you feel like your condition is a life and death thing and you need surgery immediately. Thank you, Dr. Christopher Chang.

Excellent service!!!of course it was our first visit. Doctor Kaio Fairerra is very nice, professional and kind. He took his time to listen to my uncle concerns and answered all his questions. I would recommend them to anyone.

The waiting area was very clean. The reception was very polite and courteous and when I came, it was 114° so the building was nice and cold which I appreciate it and they also had cold water available in the lobby. The nurses were knowledgeable and very polite and friendly and my doctor was amazing. Knowledgeable seemed to genuinely care about my health.
