The experience is unfortunately not the quality of a hospital based nutritionist counseling. First impressions are everything. Instructions are provided for the patient to call their insurance company for conditions of coverage. Not something a provider has every asked nor has the ask been "here is what you say". Than frequent calls to ask , "Have you called your insurance company for the billing codes?". The ability for the first impression to "wow" the patient was not there and attitude is everything.
