Rachel is absolutely amazing! She helped my dance daughter through calorie deficit and gave her tools and knowledge to build on for a good nutrition foundation. She is THE BEST to work with; patient, compassionate, understanding, and non-judgmental and meets your dancer where they are in their journey. Thank you Rachel!

The TTPN program has helped me a lot this past year by inspiring me to eat more balanced and try new foods. I love the new addition of a recipe book because there are so many nutritious recipes!

Rachel's content is so rich and necessary! As a fellow RDN, I loved being a part of the Summer Intensive and have learned so much about how to support a dancer's performance and relationship with food.

I hired Rachel to speak virtually to my dancers regarding proper fueling for dance and it was amazing! The dancers really enjoyed it and I know some of them really took what she said and have started implementing it to their snacks at the studio. I have overheard them speaking to each other about balancing their snacks to keep them going during long dance days. The extra material that Rachel provides is wonderful as well to help keep them and their families engaged!

The Healthy Dancer Summer intensive was such an amazing experience and it taught me so much about how to fuel your body as a dancer and an elite athlete. The intensive covers so much from snack ideas to master classes from esteemed professionals, it really has it all. I would highly recommend this intensive to all dancers! Ms. Rachel is the absolute best!

The Healthy Dancer program has opened my eyes so much on how to properly fuel my body. Being active as a dancer means that your body needs more than you think and this intensive took us through everything on how to care of it. Between mental, physical, emotional, and nutrition masterclasses I feel I can properly take care of my body while dancing and prevent injuries! I was also able to take so many amazing ballet masterclasses from professionals in the industry. Rachel is so insightful and truly know how to make you feel like you truly understand your body and how to fuel it to maximize your performance! I am so grateful I was/am able to take this I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn how to improve dancing through a different perspective!

I think dance nutrition is often overlooked and I’m so glad that attention is being brought through here. I’ve personally found the articles in the blog to be very helpful and informative as a dancer who has struggled with food myself. I can also tell that Ms. Rachel truly cares for her clients and their health!

Rachel Fine has been an amazing support to my loved one. She has helped my loved one experience healing and hope as well as provided my loved one with tools to live in one's body healthily and dance more freely. I can see the light in my loved one's eyes and the peace that this healing journey has brought. Furthermore, Rachel has gone above and beyond in helping our family wade through the complexities of insurance reimbursements. She has been prompt, responsive, kind and patient with my many questions. I highly recommend Rachel Fine and To the Pointe Nutrition!

Rachel is such a wonderful resource and positive voice in the dance space. I've gotten to benefit from her collaboration with LABL Active / KMF Adult Ballet Retreats over the past few years. She has worked not only to provide us with resources but also to ensure that the catered lunches for these retreats are balanced and well-constructed to fuel a day full of dancing! Rachel has done so much work in changing the narrative around dancers and their relationship with food, and I am so grateful for the work she does to improve the well-being of dancers across all ages and experience levels. Thank you, Rachel!

I attended an online seminar with Rachel through DanceOne about supporting dancer nutrition as a dance educator. I really appreciated her perspective on this topic and left feeling inspired to make small changes that could have an impact on the health of my dancers and myself. Rachel approaches topics of nutrition in a simple, neutral way that makes clear the importance of all the nutrient groups. She is kind and compassionate and clearly an expert at what she does.
