Received excellent care by all. Highly recommend!

My husband had a procedure today and the entire experience was very professional & well organized. From the receptionist at the front desk to his anesthesiologist & his physician everyone was kind and caring and kept me informed the entire time. His nurse Wanda was GREAT, She was compassionate, knowledgeable and just a very sweet person. We were both treated with respect & dignity.

This place deserves more than 1 star based on services received since the lady at the desk was friendly and the doctor/nurses were good and knowledgeable. However, due to us having to shell out 2 payments of $500 ($1000 total) BEFORE the procedure with threat of cancelling the appointment if not; even though insurance was going to cover the full cost, they get 1 star... its outrageous they're allowed to operate this way. Since my wife had already gone through prep we pre-paid both payments. Now that our claims have been processed, its no surprise we are owed both of those payments back. Hooray, now I have to manage my accounts receivable and act as my own collection agency. Have not yet received reimbursement. I consider that shady, damn near scandalous business practice. Hopefully we get our $1000 back. UPDATE(so everyone knows how long they will hold your funds hostage): payment date: 2/05/2026 service date: 2/06/2026 claims received by insurance: 2/09/2026 claims approved by insurance and payment made to to billing entities : 2/12/2026 & 2/13/2026 3/11/2026 - as of 1 month after being paid by insurance they still have not reimbursed us for the double payment they demanded. 4/15/2026 - upgraded rating to 5 stars. Received full reimbursement over 2 months after claim approval. I called and the center staff was super friendly, helpful and actually apologetic for the Digestive Health specialists(not sure if this is a sister company or parent company) for being so unhelpful. Thank you to the in-person staff at the center!

Staff and doctors are great

Once able to smooth out communication and appointment details, my actual procedure was a breeze. I had a wonderful team and especially thank Sam, Katrina & Earl for making me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the process. Dr. U was very nice and made sure I understood what to expect for next steps. Thank you!

I just had a colonoscopy there which was performed by Dr. Syed Khalid, and he did an excellent job and had a good bedside manner. I also want to praise ALL of the staff that I came into contact with as they were extremely nice, friendly, and kind. It was such a friendly and patient-oriented atmosphere, that I was very appreciative of since I was a little nervous about the whole thing! They were all great!

I have done a couple procedures with them I am happy with how they explained everything and they told me upfront and my husband you could not leave the building in case of emergency. Bring what you want when you come in. Expect to be there with your loved one until it's over. They were respectful and informative. The Pill Endoscopy is easy to swallow I have issues with big pills but it's slippery and went down easy. I wish they had a place to see your results online. I talked to Billing about what I could pay in advance and that I have to have it go through insurance first then I will pay because of I have FSA.
