First they had my appointment time messed up, second the NP Amy was very sweet but, I am concerned at the process of my surgery. I want to see the Doctor that is doing the procedure to speak with him before the surgery not the day of. Does not seem very professional. But after all you are not about healing . You are only interested in keeping people sick $$$$
