Muy buenos días señores Tampa Bay endoscopy Center quiero comunicarles que mi examen fue jueves 26 de febrero en el momento en que llegué al sitio me sentí con confianza y cuando comenzaron con atención le digo sinceramente en el momento que me registré y ahí para allá excelente la atención de todo el personal tanto en el counter como la gente que le ayuda a los doctores con el anestesiólogo con los enfermeros con todos un servicio muy excelente porque mantienen atento con el paciente en todo momento la verdad que es una experiencia muy bonita para mí y me siento por muy bien atendido a todo el estado del de ese centro les agradezco mucho y muchas gracias por la atención del 1 al 10 20 puntos muchas gracias si algún día me ponen a escoger a ustedes lo escogeré de nuevo muchas gracias buen día

Terrible scheduling. The Drs. Office scheduled me for 9:30am. I asked for this because I take my grandchildren to camp. They called me the day before surgery in the afternoon and told me my appointment was 7am. I explained the situation and they refused to change the time. Even my Drs. Office called for me but they refused to change. My son had to cancel an important meeting so I could make my appointment. Horrible system

Very nice and caring. All of the staff was so helpful and kind and made my visit a very good experience.
