The doctor is professional and patient.

Extremely disappointed with this office. I submitted my insurance information well in advance of my appointment. No one ever called to tell me there was any issue with my insurance — yet they later claimed they “couldn’t reach me,” which makes no sense because they called me just the day before to confirm my appointment. On top of that, the office was running late for every single patient that day. I waited over an hour past my appointment time, and I wasn’t the only one — other patients in the waiting room had been sitting there for over an hour as well. After all that waiting, they finally told me my insurance wasn’t covered and I couldn’t be seen. If they had verified my insurance beforehand (as they should have), or actually called me about the issue, I wouldn’t have wasted an entire morning. Chronic overbooking, poor communication, and zero respect for patients’ time.

I am highly recommanded Dr. Sunny Lo, he is so care and very throughly listen to patient issues why they go visit his clinic. After that he explained the issues one by one. Thank you Dr. Lo take care of my husband health.
