doctor chua is great! The receptionist and one of the nurses were both awful. The receptionist was uncooperative, unhelpful, gave a nasty attitude when I asked for a pharmacy nearby. She was taking so long that I asked for the bathroom code, and when I came back and asked if she found a pharmacy, she said, “Well you just left” and then told the head nurse that I was giving her a hard time. And the head nurse used this as an opportunity to get back at me. I stood in front of the receptionist for 10 minutes and she could not find a pharmacy nearby. She couldn’t do her job and put her frustration on the patients. The nurse also tried to get into a fight with me over finding a pharmacy nearby.

Dr. Warman is the best doctor. FYI the actual address is on 44th street not 5th ave next to Best Buy.. The Google address needs to be updated.

World class service from start to finish. From the initial consultation through the procedure and recovery, every staff member was professional, thorough, and genuinely kind. The team made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and well-managed. I felt informed and taken care of at every step. Honestly the best medical care I've received.

Can’t get anyone in a New York office on the phone. The out of the country call centers are not helpful.

The nurses that perform the infusions are knowledgeable and true professionals. Unfortunately the rest of the staff is not, particularly the unfriendly front desk staff, and the billing department. The billing kept charging me out of network, accumulating a bill over 30,000 dollars. When I brought this to the front desk attention, the response I received was, “Is there a sign over my head that says ‘billing’”? When I asked if there is anyone that can help me, I got an eye roll, And a flat, “NO” as a response. I will never go to a Summit office ever again. The stress that I had during this process nearly put me back in the hospital. Seek other companies for infusions, and for GI patients, avoid this office like the plague

Surprise billing!!! Be careful. I was not informed that this is out of network even I asked them. After several months, I got a surprise billing. Be sure to confirm and ask for written report and confirmation that they are in-network.

Was unable to see the doctor after arriving to the office and being told I was out of network despite being told on the phone by there reps that I was in network. I made the appointment on Zocdoc as an emergency the day before because I have been having some really concerning symptoms I didn’t want to ignore. My job doesn’t enable me to see a doctor easily I work from 9-6pm and it’s not a desk job it’s very client facing so I can’t just in the middle of work be like I’m going to go run to a doctor for an hour. I saw a sudden break in my schedule so scheduled it next day. Zocdoc is not perfect and I know that. My insurance specially doesn’t come up exactly as what’s on the card for Zocdoc so I always just do my best to specify my insurance and then on my own accord after marking the appointment call there contact for the doctor listed on Zocdoc doc to confirm that I am in fact in network. I have never had an issue before. It’s worked perfectly in the past to confirm by in network status after on the phone. That is exactly what I did in this case. Gave them my member ID and group number and they confirmed I was in network. So imagine my shock when I arrive to the office and they tell me I’m not. It wouldn’t be a big deal if it was easy for me to see a doctor but because I have troubling symptoms that I desperately wanted checked out and only had this one gap I am very disappointed by the front of house negligence and utterly confused by how this error even occurred. Now I have to probably take off to go see a doctor because there aren’t anymore gaps in my schedule that will allow me to sneak away for a moment. Very disappointed and honestly hoping my symptoms are serious since this will definitely cause delays now.
