Sri Gastroenterology: Sridevi Bhumi, MD

Dr. Bhumi, Is an amazing Dr. She is thorough and takes her time when she sees you. She makes me feel seen and heard every time I visit. I know that the wait is long sometimes, but that's because she takes her time with everyone. I would much rather wait for a great doctor that cares then wait for a doctor that rushes you and doesn't listen. I love her she helped me get better.

Is really hard to give a different punctuation to a Doctor who waits 2 months for a follow-up appointment, knowing the patient has gastritis at the moment of the endoscopy and doesn't send any medication to alive the pain and ridiculous is having to wait a minimum two hours to see the doctor in the office for an appointment, definitely not recommended. Doctors like this one are worried about money and not about the patients.

I have been wanting to write this review and because of timing I havent had the time too but Dr.Bhumi has helped me out tremendously I have been working with her for quite a while now and after a couple of medications my stomach is now better thanks for helping out. 👍

As a doctor, she is great. Running the office, however, it’s a disaster. Was here a month ago with my mom, we arrived early/on time, had to wait 3 hours to be seen because they triple book people for the same time slot. I’m here now for my mom’s follow up appt. Have been waiting for over an hour & they can’t find her biopsy test results .. shouldn’t they have had these documents ready for her appt today ?! Her procedure was a month ago .. now they ask me to reschedule after already waiting an hour. This place is ridiculous.

I have been a patient of Dr Bhumi for years. I scheduled a pre appointment for a colonoscopy and when I arrived, the waiting room was full, and there were no seats available. I was told to sit in the lobby, two floors down! I rescheduled for the following week and waited more than an hour to see the doctor. Poorly run office .

Dr Bhumi and staff are very compassionate. Colonoscopy and endoscopy went great. Anesthesiologist was exceptional also. Dr Bhumi is very thorough, and explains things well. Suites are immaculately clean and makes you think you were in a 5 star hotel, instead of a medical center.

I visited Dr. Bhumi for a second opinion, and I’m glad I did. She took her time to listen to my symptoms, which is a rare trait in today’s healthcare system. As a result, I was able to receive a procedure immediately, without having to wait months. I received transparent, patient-centered care, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. Thank you, Dr. Bhumi and Eliani, for taking such great care of me. I highly recommend them to anyone in need.
