Angelo is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have been going to him for over 1.5 years. He is straight forward, but willing to work your lifestyle to help you make changes for the better. He has lots of suggestions and ideas for incorporating into meals and different small ways to make it add up to big changes. Anything from prepackaged food items from the store, to helping with healthy recipes to cook and even changing your existing recipes to make them healthier. Angelo is your go-to guy for all your nutrition needs :)

I came to Angelo a hot mess. I was rapidly losing weight and not able to eat due to my Gastroparesis. He helped me get to my goal weight and stay there. He taught me how to balance the carbs, protein, and fats in my diet and how to manage portion sizes. This has been invaluable to me and has increased my energy level significantly! This is something my parents and school never taught me. I’ve never felt this good! I would definitely recommend Angelo and Southeast Clinical Nutrition Centers!
