Dr Sha is excellent. My family use him as well .He is very easy to talk with and is understanding and thorough. I am thankful that he looks and considers all issues and does not look at only a stomach. He is like Dr House on the TV show and does all the tests and imaging to get your entire system working properly. A wonderful bedside manner and I am blessed he is my Dr .

The front desk and the ppl who take weight, BP, and update your chart is rude as hell. They talk to much among themselves rather than acknowledging the patient unless you are someone the have a employee and patient relationship. They make you wait a long time before being seen. They have a favoritism vibe going. All my vvc appt was canceled by clinic because the time agreed upon was at least 2-3 hours different. It takes days for a return call if lucky to receive one. The hold time is 20 minutes or more is ridiculous if the don't hang up on you. The 1 star is for the saff down the road I will rate the doctor.

Front desk, phone operators and MA’s are very attentive and polite, very professional and friendly atmosphere. My MD Dr. Shah is thorough and he addressed all my concerns I’d recommend this office due to the exceptional service they provide.
