I'm not sure how my procedure went since I never got a report or verbal contact with the doctor. My procedure was November 4 and at that time, on the day of procedure, was told if I didn't pay $500.00 the doctor would not show up. I went to his office and paid $500.00. Not a problem. The problem is, I'm getting a hand written statement showing a balance due with insurance credit but not the $500.00 I was ordered to pay before the doctor would show up. I never write reviews but after many multiple attempts to contact the "billing" dept. (one guy) he doesn't return phone calls or answer my question. Why hasn't my initial $500.00 shown up on the hand written statement? His office is operated like it's the 1980's.

I went to see Dr. Singer and found him to be open, honest and attentive. I have never had such an open conversation with a doctor before. He was honest and to the point. We discussed a topic that isn't actually his specialty and he made his points unlike your usual doctor that just sits there and says nothing. His staff were courteous and intelligent. Not like the usual young girls that have no idea of what they're doing. I passed on a colonoscopy for now but if when I feel compelled to do one I will certainly consider getting it done with Dr Singer. He when on to refer me to another specialist unlike another doctors office where the front counter young receptionist did the referals by choosing someone out of the phone book. The only thing I wish is that doctors would be more kind such as in saying good bye and thank you for coming to see me or for choosing me as your doctor. If they paid more attention to this little area I'm sure patients would feel more comfortable and enjoy seeing their doctors.

I saw Dr. Singer on recommendation from 2 friends, each of who had the highest regard for this doctor. I concur that he is outstanding: intelligent, caring and thinks outside of the box. I have had 2 prior gastro drs. in the last 2 years, the first totally non-caring and who never followed thru with tests that could have revealed my now potentially serious condition, and the second who ran an initial test and only on my insistence (due to pain) ran a second test a month later, following which he had his nurse tell me to see a surgeon! Totally premature recommendation and Dr. Singer is working on learning what I have and why, the outcome of which will determine the needed treatment. So glad I have finally found a competent and professional doctor like Dr. Singer.

The receptionist doesn't help or even want to help you. I had a biopsy done and they told me to call back a week later, so I did, every day they told me he will give me a call back... 10 days later still nothing, now they say he'll call me after the weekend ... no communication and no response from the DR- it takes 5 minutes to call someone to tell them results.

Like a used car salesman praying on sick people in the hospital!!

So far I really like Dr. Singer. Yes there is a long wait time sometimes, but that comes with so many doctor’s offices and only means the doctor is taking the time his patients need. Older man so he interrupted a little bit but wanted to get down to the origins of my problem and help me feel better. He ordered a test that made more sense to me than the usual CT scan to get to the bottom of my problem.

I have been going to Dr. Singer for over 14 years. He’s always professional and I love his office and staff. Always excellent care from him! Wont switch until I’m forced to. Thanks Dr. Singer.
