I had high expectations after meeting Dr.Singh for a new patient appointment. I thought she listened and ordered labs and imaging to really investigate my concerns only to complete them and not hear from her or her team. A month passed before I got what appeared to be an AI written message regarding my results and a month after that where her office responded to my response. Safe to say I will seek medical care elsewhere.

Dr. Singh is extremely efficient and a pleasure to converse with. She explained the procedure with empathy. Great follow up and made the entire experience comfortable.

I am extremely disappointed with this clinics beliefs and questions. My family member and I were so uncomfortable with statements regarding drug use and cannabis being the reason my family member has gastro issues. We are both professionals. Known triggers for gastro issues as, alcohol, spicy foods, etc., were dismissed by the Dr. We have been to many professional medical experts and never have we felt so uncomfortable with these questions and suggestions. I hope no one ever has to experience this. Religious beliefs, traditions by medical professionals should be withheld by law.

Dr. Singh is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate.My case has been extremely complex since my diagnosis, but she has consistently taken the proper steps to ensure I’m cared for. She looks out for me not just medically, but as a whole person. I often walk into my appointments feeling overwhelmed or stressed, but I always walk out with the answers and reassurance I need to make it to the next one. She responds promptly, thoroughly assesses all factors before making decisions, and communicates clearly every step of the way. I feel truly supported under her care.

Terrible experience. Going to be brutally honest, and say she may want to consider a different career because this clearly is not for her. First visit, after an extended wait in the room (which, I get it, that happens), she comes in, sits down, we chat for about 7-8 mins about what brings me in…and she realizes she’s in the wrong room. Came I’m thinking I was another patient. Then, after the appt, she had ordered a CT. I go get the CT, they send the results..3 weeks no follow up. She didn’t look at the results for over 3 weeks. I had to call the office and speak with one of the nurses and one of them reviewed the results. Over 3 weeks and this “doctor” didn’t even look at the test results. The first incident alone could chalk up to a mistake, but the overall everything together starts to paint a picture of somebody extremely unprofessional who has absolutely no interest in what they’re doing in this role. If that’s the case, it’s the wrong field to be in.

Dr. Singh is a truly exceptional doctor who has profoundly impacted my life and health. From the moment I met her, her warmth and genuine concern were evident. Dr. Singh took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and empathy.
