Would recommend Dr. Sheu and his staff to anyone. Dr. Sheu was very informative, along with Reyna in helping with my treatment. Reyna was prompt with any questions I had and as well with follow ups and medication prescription I needed. Thank you

Dr Sheu is very well qualified as my GI specialist. My husband , brother and myself have all had colonoscopies and he has helped me with prescribing me an enzyme for my pancreas. It’s works! My mother passed from pancreatic cancer. Yes, he is of Chinese decent and has a thick accent but I understand him just fine. I’ve read some terrible discrimination reviews by some and they are not valid. The office is very clean but dated. I’m a stickler with cleanliness. We all were very pleased with him! We just moved out of state and I haven’t found a GI doctor like him yet. I would recommend him over any clear English speaking GI doctor. Highly qualified. Also Reyna Ruiz us his assistant. She is wonderful and kind to work with…

Tried dealing with this doctors office multiple times. Major issue is they never pick up the phone! No matter what time I've tried calling they either don't pick up, in it goes to a message saying to try later. I've only gotten through 3 times out of the dozen I've tried. I did have an appointment 3 months after getting my authorization, only for my insurance to tell me they won't approve the colonoscopy because the office isn't covered anymore. So something is shady with this place

I've only had a preliminary screening visit to this office, but...the office is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was seen in a very timely and expedient manner. There is plenty of street parking. It did take me a minute to understand what Dr. Sheu was saying, but I think that is as much about our current mask-wearing situation as it is a language barrier.

This place is terrible. First of all the office is very dirty and even my school chairs are cleaner than the chairs are in the office. Second he can’t even speak English right and he has no idea what he saying. He didn’t even listen to me what I said. Who gave this man there license? I suggest Don’t Go To This Guy

Stay away from this <<doctor>> please. I am surprised the Medical Board of California gave him license to practice.
