As I sat briefly in the waiting room, an existing patient was visibly upset - alleging she was scheduled for this day. Both receptionist attempted, very professionally, to reason and calm her. The patient was still visibly irritated, explaining that she needed to pay for transportation at which time one of the receptionist left and almost immediately the doctor came out to speak with her. Very politely told her that he would fit her in between patients. The doctor came out, not security, not the office manager nor any other subordinate, the doctor came out and dissolved the upset. I’ve never witnessed such compassion combined with professionalism. Personally, I was impressed. I was taken into the exam room, doctor arrived and he did not rush me, fully answered my questions and I scheduled my surgery. The End. Sincerely, Rikki Page

Efficient office, great staff wonderful doctor.

I met with Dr Navabi, I was so impressed! He listened to me and really took time, I’m so very happy that I was referred to this office.

Such a kind caring, humble and compassionate doctor. Explained everything well and waste no time getting things scheduled and done. His staff is amazing. Very welcoming and kind.
