Doctor Higgins is such an amazing doctor. She saw my son a couple days ago and she was very knowledgeable and understanding . Thank you so much for the care and attention to my little boy.

Dr Higgins spent the time to hear me out on what was going on with my colicky son and went above and beyond in ordering test to rule things out. I’m happy to report that my son switched for the better at 3mos thanks to proper identification of his issues and treatment. She’s a unique gem that hears you out, empathizes, and even suggests other specialists to consider when your child is sick vs just focusing narrowly on GI. We had an appointment scheduled today for our 5 month old baby. We were 17 minutes late due to school lines of non moving traffic plus if you google maps the huntersville location it takes you to the other side of the building on a main road where you cannot turn in. You have to drive a bit down to turn around and go back which caused us to be late. The doctor refused to see us because we were 2 minutes past 15 minutes late. She was not understanding at all. Refused to even speak with us and budge when the receptionist begged her for us. It is not like we were disrespectful of her time. We were willing to wait around for her to be free but still would not. There was no one else in the waiting room for her at all. Not sure why she is in pediatrics if she cannot be understanding with a 5 month old baby in her waiting room.
