My daughter has been dealing with Severe Crohn's disease for the past 3+ years. I took her to Dr. Sockolow as a 2nd opinion & could not have been more happy during our first appointment. I don't often write reviews but when someone makes an impact like she did I HAVE to spread the good word. She was thorough & SOOO knowledgeable in different treatment options in order to treat my daughter. I knew right then and there I wanted my daughter to only go to Dr. S for her care. Dr. Sockolow reviewed things about my daughters care in our 1st appointment that our previous Gastro had not mentioned in the 3+ years we were going to him. I have only had a couple visits with Dr. S however I have all the confidence in the world that she will get my daughter into remission & living a "normal" life. Good luck to all the parents who have had to suffer watching their child go through hell with this disease. There is hope! With all these breakthroughs in medication, healthy lifestyle choices and an amazing doctor by your side this is a disease that can be managed. I wish everyone all the best in this journey. Chris
