I am sorry to report that my experience with this provider has been a total nightmare. They ask for some kind of imaging. I asked them for the detailed info and numbers so that I can confirm with the insurance company that they would pay; they assured me that it is covered and that the insurance company is going to pay; no need for verification. However, they did not send the necessary documents to justify the procedure. As a result, the insurance company denied the imaging. The insurance company said that the provider needs to file an appeal; it took me countless calls and emails, and more than 6 months to make them call the insurance company and start an appeal. Right now, my bill is in a collection agency, the insurance company is still waiting for documents from this provider, and I can not make them do anything. Total disaster....

Wholeheartedly I recommend Dr. Ritu Nahar, who is a caring and thoughtful doctor with good knowledge and treatment advice. She has been great with all my visits, patiently answering questions and addressing concerns. However she deserves a better admin team to support this practice. Minus star rating for the unprofessional front desk staff. They are impolite and careless in billing process. A wrong billed amount is sent to me without explanations and they even did not want to listen to me. They rudely asked me to call insurance company for coordination of benefits. I am like what? I only have one insurance? What is there to coordinate? It turned out they wrongfully billed to my old insurance, though my new insurance card provided to them and saved in the system. This is VERY unacceptable!

Dr Nahar was very pleasant and made me feel she read my paperwork and listened to me.
