I'm very grateful that I found Dr. Nguyen. If you're looking to get healthy and loose some weight, you owe it to yourself to give her a call. I'm in my mid-fifties and used to consider myself fairly active. I'm 5'5" with a muscular build, so my idea weight is around 160lbs. But during the two years of the covid pandemic from 2020-2022, I put 30 lbs, hitting 190lbs! I tried for the last two years to lose that weight, but it was so difficult to start and maintain any kind of exercise program carrying all that extra weight around. I would yo-yo between 180-190lbs. I started looking into other options to help me loose weight. After calling around and speaking with a few doctors, I felt most comfortable with Dr. Nguyen. She started me on Semaglutide and also counseled me on my diet. She was very easy to reach via text message and really understanding during the entire process. She helped me to stay on target and my weight started to drop immediately. I lost 8 lbs in the first month and then 4 lbs lost on average every month after that. It's been six months now and I'm currently 162 lbs. That's almost 30 lbs lost! I'm expecting to hit my target of 160lbs at the end of this month. She administers a compounded Semaglutide, but also can help with the brand name Wegovy or Ozempic. If you want to get the brand name stuff, she will help you with your insurance to cover it. But for me, I decided to go with the compounded version. It has worked great! I haven't had to starve myself at all, the Semaglutide just naturally helped control my appetite. I found myself eating smaller portions and not hungry afterwards. Now that I'm down close to 30 lbs, I plan to start running again and getting back in shape.
