This place is not bad at all as others say, have been coming here since they opened. Have always been treated right. Drs', nurses and everyone in between have always been great.

Horrible place to go.... i think its better off going to the er... this place is called "urgent care " yea right.. they take hours just to take u in.. then the first thing they do is make u pay up front.... once they get ur money they take an additional 2 more hours or plus jus to tell u in 2 minutes what the problem is ... think twice or more to come to this clinic...doctor dont even help at all... they play the guessing game 👎

this place isn't as bad as the portage offices. For them to employ a terrible nasty dr as Mr. Rao they should close down every single north shore I pray to God that they close these places down and if anyone agree just say I agree and it will be done east Chicago they should all go to jail especially the peditricians
