The most delicious food I’ve had in a while, especially the best vegan food. I had the pulled mushroom and let me tell you… The flavor profile is insanely delicious. It’s more of a take out spot, so grab your food and enjoy at home or on the little bench outside. The owner was so sweet to my father who loved the food as well! I’m getting him the weekly subscription.

My husband and I have been vegan for 16 years. As we were treated rudely while visiting restaurants in NYC, we came to Jersey City on a whim. We can confidently say that this is Hands Down The BEST vegan food that we have ever tasted. This family-owned business provided a warm, welcoming and friendly environment. We will now be subscribing to their meal service as well. So glad we found this gem!!

I don’t have the appropriate vocabulary to describe the outstanding bursts of flavor that my order contained. It was so good every bite I savored. I ordered the Caribbean steak. I’m from Massachusetts and I will never come to New Jersey without going to the power plant kitchen. The place is tiny the food is big on flavor.

Small place very limited seating, maybe more for take out there are 2 tables in this location but I would say the food is excellent. Mostly everything is cooked fresh so you might have a 15 minute wait on your meal. Or try ordering ahead. Full VEGAN menu !

-The Cookout - 9/10 great -Macaroni salad - 8.5/10 great -Mac & Cheese - 7.5/10 very good, just kinda had a slight orange fruity flavor Long wait but great food!

I’m new on my vegan journey— and being a picky eater— I was having a hard time adjusting. But this place perked me right up! The food here is sooo delicious! And definitely made up for the nutrients I was lacking too Not only are they fully vegan and cruelty-free — but they are also very health-conscious! Their meals are very well-balanced. High in protein, and super fresh veggies ☺️ This is exactly how I’d want my food every day They prepare everything fresh- so you can customize your orders too Bonus- I love a family-operated business ✅

The food was amazing! It took me a while to get there (I decided to walk from my hotel on a cold day). It was worth the walk! They took a long time to process my order but as soon as the employee handed me my order, she apologized for the delay and gave me free desserts for the delay! Amazing customer service. When I'm back in NJ, I'll be back here for more delicious food!

this was delicious! The meatballs taste amazing and the jerk seitan and mac & cheese were delicious! The entire food got demolished! The nice lady helped us decide which meal would be best and catered to us, was super patient, and her recommendations were spot on!! Beyond hospitable. The food is made fresh, and the taste shows it. The quality is amazing and sometimes I can’t even believe it’s vegan. will definitely be coming again, a gem in Jersey City.
