Pediatric Gastroenterology

I got a promise from our doctor that her assistant will call to schedule a procedure. Six days later I called myself. The reception took my information and promised to call back. Over 24 hours passed and no-one called. I had to call again to finally have an appointment for 9 AM. A day before the procedure the hospital called to confirm the "10:30 AM appointment" ??? I confronted the hospital that I received a 9 AM time, and they said that the office made a mistake with the scheduling. Completely unprofessional, ignorant performance from the Manhattan office. Absolutely no compassion. They could not care less for their patients.
