Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition of Dr. Erena Treskova

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Erena Treskova. She is extremely patient, attentive, and truly dedicated to her patients. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood every aspect of my child’s care. Her compassionate approach and willingness to listen made me feel comfortable and confident in her expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Treskova to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring pediatric gastroenterologist.

They just canceled my appointment for not filling out the paperwork on Tuesday. My appointment is for Friday. Please state on the phone the due date of paperwork. I had no idea our appointment would be canceled. Edit: if it only takes 5 minutes, why would a appointment be cancelled days in advance. Also I've been trying to call all day with no answer, but I see your office has time to respond to Google reviews. Thank you

Good dr she gave me the answers I needed and is helping me what I need I just wish it was in person then virtual but it was great

I took my daughter recently for a follow-up and it was one of the worse experiences. My daughter left in tears. The doctor was combative by becoming rude, cutting us off mid conversation a couple of times. She was also dismissive, condescending, and patronizing. She painted the worse case scenario. She didn't listen to our concerns, struggled to answer questions, bushing it off reporting that it was a 3rd party administrative technological difficulties, instead of saying sorry for the disconnect. She essentially accused my teen of having an eating disorder despite us going to a nutritionist to help address that concern unknowing at the time she has underline GI issues. When challenged by listing dates & times of interactions, she then stated we are not, "compliant." Awful experience, not to mention, we drove almost 30 min's there & back. I would not recommend or go back. Office presentation: a sad attempt to appear to be welcoming. *Your response entirely inaccurate and untrue. The way you responded speaks volumes, and only helps support my opinion. I am the type of parent that comes with receipts. Clearly, this is coming from a hurt place. My daughter and I will move forward from this & get the support, and help we need by a true and warm professional.

First appoitment was today with my 7 month old and Dr Treskova is amazing . My son has a very complex health and most importantly a good gastro is very well needed when it comes to the health of the stomach I am truly glad she took my son on due to many complcations he has. Highly recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience while confirming my appointment with Dr Treskova. The office manager was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. When I asked a simple question regarding my appointment details, they couldn't provide a clear answer and seemed annoyed by my inquiry. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. I expect better communication and respect from a medical office.

We had a very disappointing experience bringing our 3-month-old son to this office. From the moment we arrived, the facility appeared rundown and unprofessional. One of our main concerns is our son’s weight, as he is on the smaller side. Unfortunately, his weight was not taken properly. Instead of being weighed in a room by a nurse, we were asked by the receptionist to place him on a scale near the front desk while he was fully clothed with a diaper on. This does not provide an accurate measurement and felt careless, especially given the reason for our visit. When we were finally seen, the experience became even more concerning. The doctor did not begin by asking about our concerns or allowing us to explain why we were there. Without any warning or explanation, she immediately undressed our baby and performed a rectal check USING HER PINKY! Our son began crying hysterically, and we had no idea what was happening until we asked. Only then did she explain she was checking for blood in his stool. This lack of communication and consent was extremely upsetting. As parents, we expect to be informed about what is being done and why—especially before any invasive procedure. We will not be returning for a follow-up and cannot recommend this practice to others.
