Dr. Nagpala is very thorough and caring with an excellent bedside manner, sufficiently answers all questions/concerns/requests, and puts in prescriptions in a very timely manner. Once, I called to leave an after-hours message and expected to reach a service, but he answered the phone himself and called me back as promised when he was done spending time with his family. My daughter is normally not comfortable with male providers, but she's a bit more relaxed with him. Highly recommended!

I brought my daughter here the first time today. The wait is ridiculous, my appointment was at 10:30 didn’t get seen till 11:15, reminder we were the only ones waiting in the waiting room.Now we are still waiting to be seen by the actual endocrinologist.

Both my kids are seen here. Dr Nagpala may run late because he speaks to his patients for a long time, but we have never waited long. The office staff is good too. All the negative reviews were from pre covid so things have changed

Worst receptionist I ever met! Last month I took my daughter for the 1st time here and to make the story shorter my daughter was not able to be seen cuz of her insurance anyway I left upset.My daughter doctor told me they were going to send another referral to another doctor because this place call them to tell them to not referred us back to them what? For no reason!! Anyway Thank you!! you did me a favor since is too far!

There are several Endos that serve here. Dr. Amy Mugg (who has unfortunately moved away) was excellent, Dr. Pablito Nagpala is still excellent, and Dr. Hicks is good also. The office manager (not the receptionist) is extremely unkind as well as Dr. Mary Patterson who is condescending and should not be working in any kind of pediatrics as it seems that certain kids bother her enough that she rolls her eyes with disgust at them. Nurse Stephanie is beyond exceptional and Nurse Jamie is fantastic! Overall a great place if you can ignore a couple unhappy women who work there.
