Does not have time to talk to patients

I am a potential new patient seeking for a new GI doctor, I called 3 times, the first time someone pick up and just puts me on hold the last time I called a front desk women answers with a attitude says “ doctors office please hold” if Dr. Khorrami wants to be open to getting new patients the front desk should know how to communicate properly.

Dr. Khorrami is an amazing GI specialist. He basically saved my life by discovering my heart deficiency. He is very caring and spends time to listen to his patients.

Dr. Khorrami is one of the most compassionate and dedicated physicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. He is incredibly thorough, takes the time to listen, and provides thoughtful, well-considered advice. I always feel supported and confident in the care I receive. My visits are never rushed and he takes the time to make sure I am heard. I truly appreciate his guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional doctor.

He is a fantastic doctor, but he should allow me to see a urologist in my area

He is very unprofessional, no knowledge and rude ,. his front desk staff and the person answer the phone is externally rude . I don’t recommend Dr Payman Khorrami to anyone

I found Dr. Khorrami to be horrifically out of touch. He was dismissive, and did not take the time to listen long enough to hear out my complicated recent medical history. He was insistent on telling me I simply losing weight because I am depressed and breastfeeding. He ignored the facts. Do not visit this doctor if you’re a woman with complex health issues. This was a textbook example of a man not listening and treating a patient with the dignity and respect she deserves. I was in physical pain. I had a major shift in my appetite. This was NEW, and not related to postpartum (I’m 9 months pp, and these were fully new issues). Believe women. And screw this doctor and his easy ways out. Complete waste of time and energy.

Extremely IGNORANT and HEARTLESS doctor. This is the worst and the only bad doctor I’ve ever experienced in the last 15 years. First of all, he doesn’t know much about herniated discs to even have correlations with his speciality. Second, their billing department is the worst. They partnered with a very incompetent company Nexus - and I got overcharged for more than what I should be paying for as my insurance covers. I had to battle with it for months and this billing company doesn’t even do proactive follow-ups and will take weeks just to get an action taken care of with multiple back and forths.
