Dr. Abiodun needs to humble himself. His cocky demeanor does not go well in a medical atmosphere. I would not recommend this doctor!

Dr. Abiodun is extremely friendly, listens to you and makes you feel very comfortable about a very uncomfortable procedure

I’m shocked with a couple of these reviews. Dr. Abiodun is great. He listens and doesn’t rush you out. The office staff is amazing.

My husband had cancer and died Nov 27,2017, yes 6 yrs ago and this still disturbs me. He placed a stint in his esophagus and a few days later bleed to death. This dr was suppose to check him out while he was in ICU around 0900 but it took him 8 hrs later to get to him in which I walked the hospital to find him. I was told my husband had 7hrs to live. At 38 yrs old I had to explain to his family why. My husband died at Nov 27 around 0230 leaving 4 sons behind without any explanation. Please be careful and do your research on these procedures. I called his office several time before but he never returned my call. My husband wanted a feeding tube but this dr never listened to us. Please be careful 🙏

In a word, the best Doc I’ve ever gone to. The smartest , and the most understanding. Unlike most, he actually listened and actually cared. Sam, his PA is equally awesome. Sam went well beyond the call of duty to help me. What a team!

I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Abiodun but was told I couldn’t see him because I had already “established care” with Dr. Zafar. I explained that I saw Dr. Zafar once in 2022 after she joined this practice—and before that, I had only seen her when she was at a different location. I didn’t feel like she listened to my concerns or was the right fit for me, and I made that clear. Still, the front desk told me I had no other option and refused to schedule me with another provider. It doesn’t make sense that as a paying patient, I can’t choose the doctor I want—especially when the one I previously saw made me feel uncomfortable. I was genuinely looking forward to seeing Dr. Abiodun because of all the great reviews, but this experience made it clear that patient preference isn’t a priority at this office.

My experience with Dr. Abiodun has always been a great one! He is professional, personable, competent and has a great sense of humor. I were not able to schedule my colonoscopy consultation with him because of him being booked and had to see his PA it was ok until I had questions. Now, the office staff (MA/Nurses) need training when it comes to communicating and dealing with patients. (0 stars) Courtney the office administrator who has been with Dr. Abiodun from the start took over with communications with my colonoscopy questions when the MA seemed unsure/not willing to answer my questions fully. Courtney was very helpful, professional and competent. If it had not been for Courtney, my review rating would have been lower.

I just relocated to Arlington from seeing a gastroenterologist in Dallas because this location was more convenient for me and I really wanted to give this place a shot based on the reviews it seemed promising. I waited almost 3 months for this new patient appointment. I filled out my paperwork over a month in advance And was even emailed to re-update my new patient paperwork a week in advance. Showed up an hour early to my new patient appointment paid my $177 co-pay today then just wait over an hour to be seen. People who came in after me, went back before me. Of course, maybe they were seeing a different provider and that’s why they got back earlier but for someone who has a full-time job, I need this place to be reliable on their scheduling times. So if you are retired and have nothing but hours to waste during your day, it’s a great Office. I’m sure, but if you have a job and you work, this is not the place for you. I will be driving to Dallas and going back to my original doctor. Not to mention, I had to take off work for this and use PTO. I ended up walking out and asking for a refund.
