Too long of a wait.

First impression was good. After that your appointment would be at a certain time and I would show up 30 minutes early like I do for everything. I would sit there from an hour to 2 hours. I've tried to get my prescriptions refilled for months and the office never replied. I hate to use this words especially after the time and money I've spent. I've used other doctors that are way better by a mile. Maybe by tens of miles.

MY SISTER WAS RECENTLY DISCHARGED FROM THE HOSPITAL WAS TOLD TO FOLLOW UP WITH A GI DR WITHIN A WEEK AND RECOMMENDED DR. NAUS. WHEN MY SISTER CALLED THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY RUDE, SHE KEPT TALKING OVER HER AND WOULD NOT LET HER TALK. WHEN SHE ASKED WHAT SHE WAS BEING SEEN FOR SHE SAID HER DR DIDNT TREAT THAT AND STATED THE HOSPITAL MAKES MISTAKES ALL THE TIME. SHE WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR 30 MIN ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY COULD PUT HER ON A LIST BUT MORE THAN LIKELY WILL NOT BE SEEN UNTIL DECEMBER. I PERSONALLY CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE OFFICE MANAGER ELIZABETH. SHE BASICALLY DID THE SAME THING ,SHE TALKED OVER ME AND SAID THE GIRL MY SISTER SPOKE TO DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO HOSPITAL MEDICAL RECORDS AND THAT IS WHY SHE COULD NOT HELP. UNDERSTANDABLE, BUT THERE IS A WAY YOU GO ABOUT THINGS WHEN SOMEONE IS CONCERENED FOR THEIR HEALTH. THEN ELIZABETH STATED BECAUSE MY SISTER WAS NOT INSURED HER HANDS WERE TIED, THAT WAS NOT THE REASON I WAS CALLING. SO BASICALLY SHE WAS JUDGING AND INFORMING ME HER BEST BET WAS TO GO TO JPS. (SHE HAS ALREADY SCHEDULED WITH GI ELSEWHERE).

Dr Naus and team took great care of my Mom when she had a low blood count and needed a scope. Very prompt, caring and professional.

Dr Naus puts you at ease with his kindness and caring bedside manner. He is extremely thorough with your care. I would recommend Dr Naus to anyone needing his expertise!
