Working with Nancia has been such a positive experience! She is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. I appreciate how she provides me with so many helpful resources that I can use on my own, which makes the process feel manageable and empowering. One of the things I love most is how she celebrates the small wins with me—it keeps me motivated and reminds me that progress is progress, no matter how big or small. Nancia’s encouragement, professionalism, and expertise make her an excellent nutritionist, and I feel supported every step of the way. She is all around amazing!

This is my first experience consulting a dietician and it has been so instrumental in my habits. Nancia is full of knowledge that has helped me understand the importance of what I eat and why to eat it. She’s so caring and a joy to meet with every appointment! I appreciate her meeting me where I’m at with no judgement, just tools and encouragement to keep progressing.
