Monica was all around awesome. After the first meeting, she knew exactly what i was looking for and my goals, and helped me change my entire viewpoint on not just my diet, but my view on food and eating as a whole. She’s incredibly kind, full of knowledge and helped me immensely in my journey and can’t recommend her enough!

Monica is a breath of fresh air. Her approach is so helpful for me. She's not only knowledgeable but also very relatable. She is very easy to talk to and she really roots for me. Our Zoom sessions are always so helpful, but I especially love the way she follows up with notes to recap what we discussed, action items, weekly goals and mantras, and words of encouragement.
